WriteWithPaige subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.
2. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund in the following situations:
- Technical issues: If the Service was unavailable or significantly impaired for an extended period and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification).
- Within applicable cooling-off periods: Where required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, subject to applicable exceptions).
3. How to Request a Refund

- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
As Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, their consumer protection and refund policies also apply. You may contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
